Franco based his very cool composition on John Coltrane’s “Crescent” from his 1964 album. Coltrane’s harmonic progressions had a spiritual feel and makes you think and reflect. If you asked me when I was 20 if “conditions” will improve for “all”, I would say sure! But I am very old now and the cycle tricks us in thinking so. We humans just do a good job of creating diversions to cope. I added 0:04-1:46 and 2:27-3:51.
