Playing by ear, so hopefully these chords resonate with a few of you. Track needs to cleaned up since it's not a midi file, only recorded on my iPhone with our baby grand.

You've got a baby grand and no gear to record with?....hmmm. needs fixing? Lots of good techie types here who may be able to help.
Can't do anything with a track that's poorly recorded. A phone's microphone isn't up to the task.

Yeah I had a keyboard etc. in Los Angeles, but there's really no room in this house for all of that equipment. But the baby grand came with the house as we are hanging onto it for my sister-in-law.Thanks Wade!!!!!

The gear is quite small and simple a good microphone, which you also need for vocals. You can use your computer, tablet, etc. for recording or something like a Zoom recorder that's about 3" X 2" X 1". Depending on the microphone and whether you're adding to other's tracks you may also need a small mixer/preamp. Those are around 6" X 6" X 2". A few cables and you're all set.

Good scouting! That's Zoom's most basic model. The recording will be good, but you cant plug in a better microphone, so the limiting factor will be the zoom's built in microphones. They are OK, but not great. The cheap model is only run by batteries. Really a drag when you're in the middle of a session and they run out and you had no idea that the last hour went unrecorded. The slightly better models have plug in power (as well as batteries for taking to places without power). The better models also have two jacks for microphones. Being able to use a good microphone means that you're 95% capable of producing what's possible in a very expensive studio. It's all come a long way in home recording. The recording part is excellent, so it's just back to the quality of the microphones and how you use them. Adding reverb, delay or other effects can be done in editing in your computer.

Mic works with the laptop, just not sure how it will sound recording a baby grand. I used it to record on my mac for vocals from time to time.

Lift the top and hang it over the middle of the harp moderately high hanging down. If too close it will mostly pick up the closest strings.

Again the chord progression is correct and the right hand melody is ok <3 for your left hand and <3 for your right hand.
Sound recording with a smarphone is not the best. As Wade says a good old microphone for singing, oriented up and down above the piano should be better +0
