My name is Hartmut (same as nickname).
I am a fan of acoustic guitars, violins, wind instruments, vocals, everyday practice, used books, Irish Breakfast, Linux, SAP ABAP, Scala 3, OpenGL, Gemini AI, Swimming, and formost silence (same as many monks do!).
For me, true happyness is when the left hand is not cramping while playing Barré accords :D this is improving since I play more often Barré. Sounds paradox!
Since 30 years I am searching for ways against under-sleeping and over-eating. Currently low-carb, sleep tracking, workouts, are in my focus. Keto i find interesting. E-Bicycling 🚲 (with a installed motor) is my new love in 2025.
