Biography
My name is Hartmut (same as nickname). Born 1971.
While current AI development still allowing for a few remaining weeks, I am a fan of acoustic guitars, violins, wind instruments, vocals, everyday practice, used books, Irish Breakfast, Linux, SAP ABAP, Swimming, and nature & silence.
Since 30 years I am searching for ways against under-sleeping and over-eating. Currently low-carb, sleep tracking (aiming for low night time heart rate), gymnastics, are in my focus. Keto i find interesting, but cakes also! I find working on well-being and energy levels important. E-Bicycling 🚲 is my new love in 2025. Fan of fresh air. On the country side there is lots of it still.
