Eintuppern thread / glucose blood spike

I want initiate an Eintuppern thread. I aim for making WL more complete this way.
Rules are:
When you can balance out your blood glucose spike by Eintuppern in the restaurant or similar location, you qualify for this thread.

If you have a blood sugar spike
You really should get on your bike
Don't eat the food you have to spare
Just seal it up in Tupperware
Then you'll forget you put it there
And it keeps for as long as you like

Plastic containers are in decline
But if you want some please take mine
They were bought at a party in '93
But I heard, sometimes chemicals leaked into me

Take extra care with Tupperware if you throw it away
The chances are that it contains some deadly BPA
So if it's chipped or cracked or stained do not put food inside
My cat liked licking boxes, perhaps that's how she died

So use them to store your pins, nails and screws
and keep them stacked up in your garden shed
Remember, don't order more food than you'll use
My suggestion, just eat less instead
