real pretty like the chord shift in the second part and the arpeggio finger picking at the begging? of the the 2nd verse.

if you go to edit this track
you'll see the wave at top---it will give tips on how to add the marker.
The first thing to do is to hit the ADD a marker--the "intro" then once you have it under your timeline you can stretch it out till you next part begins. Then go to the "Chorus" and click the add a Marker--(You can change the names of what these are--INTRO, CHORUS---to whatever makes sense to you) when you add that you can stretch on the timeline to the point that there is another change--if it goes back to "INTRO"(or whatever you call it) add a marker from that one then stretch it out.
YOU can listen to the file while you are in this mode and can be pretty accurate---also in these areas you can put your chords too +1
