Tears Made Of Silver
Il n'y a pas encore de remix de cette session !
A wonderful template from OliVBee that challenges a jammer (like me) to run melodic lines through these delicious changes. A bit "stop/start" that gives windows for hearing OliVBee's original intent.

Thanks OliVBee. As you know you are the inspiration. You are more than right about it being improv. Can be scary at times how I get your musical thinking...this is an edited single take after one listen. You inspire!!!!

ooooooooooooooo!
honestly, THIS is THE place to be.
this song is next to the word MELLOW in any dictionary worth its salt. Oliv's totally intriguing composition called you and your answer was brilliant, Wade. 2:09 - 2:28 - what a section that was! i so admire the control you have over your sax - not to mention your delicious job of inventing a complementary melody line. this is a great example of Class. proud to know you gents! +2

Wow, what a compliment! For me playing sax is being a dumb singer who has to use melody, inflection, dynamics, etc. that fine singers, like you, use anyway. It's about communication of feelings and telling stories.
If I had your pipes, lyrical sense and musicality I'd be doing that instead of blowing through this cold chunk of metal. +0

Hey...none of that inarticulate talk. Glad you like...don't put yourself down. You play with heaps of feeling and by extension can feel what others play.

Big smiles. Having stayed with OliVBee at his place in Paris was a good bonding experience...so I guess we fit...maybe in an "odd couple" sort of way. Glad you liked the tune.

Oh man, that just carried me to a happy place !! That gentle sensitivity in your playing and the slight tone contrast to OliV's guitar. Just beautiful !! Beautiful work gentlemen !! :)

Thanks Rob, Glad it worked for you. You had an inherently much tougher job with this one. As you say the tone of the sax is considerably different which makes it easier to stand aside from the sting sound. Your's is mighty fine anyway.
