I live in rural Kentucky, had two neighbors with chickens. The roosters would scream all day long, the just in the morning thing is only on cartoons. A nearby vacant house got infested by racoons, they killed all the chickens. This of course brought legal action and the racoon house is gone, one of the neighbors has a new rooster... Very fun thank you, if I had field recording ability would get some rooster screams.

Fun for sure. Percussion adds to the fun. My neighbor has a rooster but my bamboo forest seems to attenuate his announcements quite nicely. +1
