To investigate the fact of your own anger
you must pass no judgement on it,
for the moment you conceive of it's opposite
you condemn it.
And therefore you can not see it as it is.

When you say you dislike or hate somebody,
that is a fact, although it sounds terrible.
If you look at it, go into it completely,
it ceases, but if you say,
"I must not hate; I must have love in my heart",
then you are living in a hypocritical world
with double standards.
To live completely, fully in the moment,
is to live with what is, the actual,
without any sense of condemnation or justification.

Then you understand it so totally,
that you are finished with it.
When you see clearly, the problem is solved.

But can you see the face of violence clearly?
The face of violence not only outside but inside you,
which means that you are totally free violence
because you have not admitted ideology through
which to get rid of it.

This requires very deep meditation,
not just a verbal agreement or disagreement.

Um die Tatsache deines eigenen Zorns zu erforschen, darfst du kein Urteil darüber fällen,
denn in dem Moment, in dem du dir sein Gegenteil vorstellst, verurteilst du ihn.
Und deshalb kannst du ihn nicht so sehen, wie er ist. Wenn du sagst, dass du jemanden nicht magst oder hasst, ist das eine Tatsache,
auch wenn es sich schrecklich anhört.
Wenn du es ansiehst, dich ganz darauf einlässt,
hört es auf, aber wenn du sagst:
"Ich darf nicht hassen;
ich muss Liebe in meinem Herzen haben",
dann lebst du in einer heuchlerischen Welt
mit doppelten Standards.
Ganz und gar im Augenblick zu leben,
bedeutet, mit dem zu leben, was ist,
dem Tatsächlichen,
ohne jedes Gefühl der Verurteilung
oder Rechtfertigung.

Dann versteht man es so vollständig,
dass man damit fertig ist.
Wenn man klar sieht,
ist das Problem gelöst.

Aber kann man das Gesicht der Gewalt klar sehen?
Das Gesicht der Gewalt nicht nur außerhalb,
sondern auch in sich selbst,
was bedeutet, dass man völlig frei von Gewalt ist,
weil man keine Ideologie zugelassen hat,
durch die man sie loswerden kann.

Dies erfordert eine sehr tiefe Meditation,
nicht nur eine verbale Zustimmung oder Ablehnung.
