I don’t have one Michel🥹 I play what I hear in my head. I could probably explain every note as an extension of this or a sub of that but in reality ‘out’ is out and it either works or it doesn’t. I think the most important thing is the conviction with which you play the notes😎

A good way is to think about the notes rhythmically, that is, instead of thinking about what notes to play, think about what rhythmic pattern they make. As if you were playing a conga solo but with notes and swing
