Not many here have memories of watching Rawhide on a small black and white TV in their best mate's front room because it was the only set in the street when they were kids and not many even know who Frankie Laine is. I'm one of the chosen few :):W

Remember it well-my Dad never missed it. We had one little B & W TV so if he wayched it we all did. The TV picture was terrible but the cabinet was beautiful. Clint Eastwood was a mere kid when he was on Rawhide-did he ever amount to anything?:D:D:D

The Eastwood kid ended up opening a restuarant in Carmel Ca. named the Hog's Breath Inn, other than that I don't know if he's been in anything worth watching:D<3 +1

I was the antenna holder in charge of putting tin foil on the rabbit ears. The older kids had seniority on me. We got 3 channels with the right weather. Now we have 100's but still only 3 worth watching.:D:D Such progress.:D<3
