You are about to experience something good, make it a memory to return to whenever life demands too much of you.

Allow my words to guide you through the next few minutes in a calm and relaxing way.

When you feel comfortable, close your eyes and concentrate on nothing but my voice, the distant music and your own breath as you slowly open up your deep mind to nothing, nothing but pure, primal consciousness.

Take a slow breath in, hold and out - then as you hold repeat the word "Cleanse" before breathing out Do this more times.......

Resume normal, easy breathing as your inner eye rises your body, lifts it up - keep rising up... up... up...

See the horizon as it curves far away. The sea is blue and flat, the trees, the hills, the mountains all below you.

Up, up, up, beyond the Earth, you feel lighter and lighter and lighter.... now you feel nothing - nothing but warmth and peace and love.

Nothing can reach you now, no thoughts, no worries, no harm - no-one can find you in this place.

Your eyes are closed but you see beautiful colours, soft light, gentle waves of consciousness surround you but will not obstruct your journey to rebirth.

You have transcended to the state of pure innocence, you are beyond yourself in a state of bliss.... enjoy your bliss.

As the music fades away start to feel your breathing again - slowly in, hold, slowly out.

In your own time now bring life back into your body, awaken your sensations and notice how relaxed you feel now. Lower yourself like a gentle balloon - down and down - until you land softly back to Earth. You may notice that the World looks different now, better!
