I've read a number of novels that might be called Appalachian Noir, a type of Americana (if labels are helpful at all). They are dark, bleak stories. marocon Glad you liked the lyrics. I love what you did with your sax on your version. I've listened to it several times. The part you play in the chorus is exceptionally unique - I've never heard a sax be used that way. I like the distortion and phasing you put on it. Sounds great. And the whole performance was unbelievably inventive. Inspired really. +1
