I've tried a lighter gauge string on the Ibanez acoustic here. Thinking maybe I go back to a heavier gauge. A negative effect on intonation. So maybe too light for acoustic.

Yes fingerpicking.
It was a drastic change in string gauge. Went from .012 to .009 gauge. Trying to make it easier to play before taking more drastic measures. Thinking maybe give.010 gauge a try.
