This piece left me speechless. Guitar, voice and saxophone create something that is more than the sum of its parts. It just stirred me. So, (so far) lacking any bass remix, I tried to play something that might work with it. For my fellow bass players, some info on the tone: Ibanez SR650E with Elixir nickels. Joyscoop Thank you Shi - the pleasure is all mine and I had a great deal of it. +1

your bass fits right in here; sensitive & musical mix, too :) +1

Joyscoop Thank you so much. The song really talked to me and it was like it dictated to me what I had to do. My amateur technique didn't help (you can hear some slight temporal imperfections here and there) but once I got really into the flow it sounded better. cool bass add :) could also come up a touch more in the mix on my monitors ... welcome to wikiloops again ! +1
Joyscoop
Joyscoop Thank you, both for the praise and the advice. I was afraid of the bass becoming overbearing and reducing Shi's and laurentsax's wonderful impact and dynamics... I prefer to err on the low side, so this coming from a monitor set-up, note taken. +1
