Lofty Moments w/Upright Bass

--BASS: Ibanez fretless bass SR 760 Thomastik flatwound string w/ piezoelectric bridge pickups system
-Set EQ on the bass: EQ with 100 %low 40 % treble

Good one Mario - tho I guess we have to buy real uprights sooner or later. I've played a few this year, and you really can't get *that* tone without the big old doghouses... :)

Thanks Wolfgang! I bought an E-upright bass Stagg on a long vertical scale, I stopped using it because I felt pain in my forearm and wrist when I played with it for a long time. In this electric double bass I discovered the Thomastik strings, then by chance I bought a fretless with piezoelectric on the bridge, and with Thomastik flatwound strings I got this great tone on a bass of 34 !!!

si la verdad es que jugando con el preamp, las cuerdas flat y la EQ el sistema piezoelectrico "da el pego" a contrabajo! je je. En la siguiente tienes mas con teclados suaves de fondo...
