Well this was fun. No idea how this track passed me by but OliVBee dropped me a line asking if I'd have a go. So I did. And made a balls of it, crying to Oli it was rubbish. LadyPointon said my swing was off and I should try upping the keys in the mix. So I went out, came back and had another go, this time with the keys higher in the mix so I could hear Nadrek’s walking ...

mpointon Absolutely. The middle section of your solo is really pushing the timings (like proper jazz should!) but I'm supposed to stick with your left hand - it was surprisingly hard and I had to turn off the click for that section because it was just fighting everything! Seat of the pants in the end and ran with what felt right! +0
