after edit track, instrument declarations became empty/undefined

I noticed a bug. I edited my track to add a tag, and didn't touch the instrument declaration section, but after saving, the instrument declarations were empty/undefined.

It's probably related, but I witnessed this strange variation. I also use the changing process because otherwise the HD track gets promoted to the complete track. When doing that the indicators remain OK but the saved version suddenly shows a different picture. Maybe there's an unwanted increment of a value of that icon?
