I had no idea how extensive the work required was. That's an amazing transformation and it seems a test of your patience and ability to make long periods of work into an meditative activity.

Many of us would dream to work on a project like this... and you did, most successfully. You deserve to feel proud. I can imagine it being a well used venue in the future :)

It's a titanic task, and you can't help but be amazed by the ingenuity and the choices made in the renovation.
I would have liked to come this year, but another trip was already scheduled.
As soon as it's possible, I'll bring a very good bottle of French wine to introduce you to wine tasting. This will also increase your stock of cork in case the floor has to be repaired.😜
