Breaking Point?
Hi friends :)
I had such a crazy working week.
Alice showed me the amazing template from Adu.
Even without time to listen to the new adds from here I heard this wonderful Bothen drums and found some time to play.
It's a challenging mix.
I am not used to mix rock tracks and it still sounds dirty even trying a lot.
But this is Rock 'n Roll... so I guess its ok hahahahaha

Hahahhaha. Not so classic as that but still got the feel. Maybe it's because there are only major chords. It keeps some innocence even being rock:)

I think it's that whole tone lift (C major up to D major) that's really suggesting the Time Warp to me. Now I want to write more music that has a progression like that! :)

that hammond really kick a$$ ! when I hear adu's track, I somehow can hear you play on it, and you just did exactly..err even more than what I expected, the piano also wonderful! the mix...so wow! everything just excellent Celo!

Hi Wade. It was a hard time to mix this. There is no clips at all on this track. Even though the saturation is too high. There are too many instruments at the same frequency. I tried to clean up the noise a little bit but it still remains. But it's ok cause it's rock and roll and I think we all had a lot of fun here. Thanks for listening:)
