I just found this wonderful track. Right away when I was listening to it I was back in my younger days. The high-school-days in the 1980´s. Those were the days of Funk-music. I´m not a "Funky-slap-bass player", but I tried to be "funky without slap ´s".

Thank you Shi. It was a great plebssure to do this add. first of all the song is wonderful. But next to it - This was like "Comming Home" In the mid-80´s when I was a very young man we played a lot os music of this style. making the recording was "kind of relaxing" and meditative to me. :)

Thanks Marcey. Yes it is a little "older" track but Freaking nice. I just had to go with it. By the way glad you like the Slap. It´s just standart "fingerd" bass. I just made the notes as short as I could. :)

Wow - Bro. :) Two wonderful versions from you. First of all I am not a bass player in the "real life". :) just thought it would be fun to pretend. That´s why I never really practiced the slap-Technic. Your versions are fantastic. About the 5string version I really like the low "D". I think that note is often "missed" when you just have a 4string. :)
