Wade 1. The idea of being concise suits me (I tend to run out of ideas?)
2. Not many here can be bothered listening to a track more than 3 minutes long.
3. (IMHO) Most of the long tracks I've heard here (not necessarily yours) benefit from being shorter.
4. "Leaving your audience wanting more" is what the smart writer/entertainer does.

A composition that needs longer to be "right" is fine. If I had a composition much over 3 minutes I'd always ask myself what could be cut, and/or if everything that in there is necessary. +0
