Had my first physiotherapist session today. Not a vast improvement but I can already feel some loosening up. Most importantly, the pain is a lot less (at least until until tomorrow!).

Anyway, just a medium-tempo generic samba for people to play around with. No real structure, per se, just a jam which I think obeys the normal 4 or 8-bar structures. Red section indicates a 'breakdown' into a tumbao pattern samba. As with all sambas, it's in the continuous feet!
