I tried several different things for this track. In the end, locking in with mpointon's syncopation sounded best. He did all the rhythmic work, I just rode on his coattails :)

Man...What a groove you had here. And I totally agree with you! synching with Martin's drums did it so well, this now has some funk and RnB style thanks to your great bass man! :)

Tight and mellow riffs! Sweet, understated and rich tones - almost a bit of Pino Palladino chorus going on in there - and executed to perfection :) Top playing!

True, Martin's percussion here got things stirred up, it's actually one of the first tracks I did here (with just M's drums) and I mixed the bass in the left side only in Cool Edit .. haha ... Oh well, the boys (and Aleonz) made a hit out of that left side track, probably what got me hooked on this site actually. I was amazed!
