Let's Just Talk This Out
Adding ambient on ambient...is that redundant? Thanks to Cody for the beautiful template.

Glad you're OK with this add. So many of your pieces require nothing at all. Important (to me) to ensure that anything laid on top is OK with those who works so hard to bring the template into existence.

Good to hear that Wade sound. Your "voice" blends well with this. Love your individualistic, unique sound !

Thanks Mark. I don't think much about "my sound". Just what comes out...like speaking. I guess I'm a little (a lot?) contrary about those who teach/insist sax players should sound like some great dead jazz player from the 1960s. Greatly appreciate the recognition of NOT sounding like a whole lot of other players. If one can't be good may as well be "different".

I love the softness from your sax, it blend so beautiful with Tom's lovely track, so calm and relax, and give the touch of a feather to the heart...wonderful Wade!

Such a sweet and touching comment. You are a full-time beauty seeker and seem to see it everywhere. It's not that everything is beautiful...you are beautiful.

Thanks Franky! Was a very subtle exercise in trying to be very subtle and just add to the atmosphere.

The tenderness of your sax playing reminds me to some solos on Sting´s "nothing like the sun" Album. Love that.

Wow, that's a compliment that would be nice to live up to. Branford Marsalis is a monster player. I just try to fit in...in this case to add to the atmosphere without drawing much attention.

Such a fine comment. The object was exactly that. Not draw attention to the sax but compliment the guitar. It's a more difficult exercise than would appear as the sopranino "cuts" through so easily. Requires dark tone and subservient lines without sacrificing some presence.
