Thanks, I really fell down the rabbit hole of bass back in college (2006) when I was in the Drumline. Bass #5 baby, 32 inches of pure DRUM! Anyways, I conquered the entire "concept of rhythm" after those 2 years. It rocked!

ya think so? I dunno, I didn't have a clue how to follow the drums in the verse, but what's it opens up it's not hard to find 105 bass lines that work. Check out my newest remix - #54123

Isn't it a great track? The hardest part is deciding on what to play. Sometimes EVERYTHING is aweomsome, and a wise studio engineer once told me. There isn't a better word than AWESOME, so make a decision and move on! haha

I can only aspire to be as good as you but I am happy with my limited ability, you're a great bass player , don't be so critical of yourself just be proud of the AWESOME riffs you create

You my friend, have the right idea. I'll never criticize anybody's relationship with music. It's a very personal and emotional experience, and it's different for everybody. Glad to be among people that understand that.
