Personally there should be more homages to great artists through this forum. There is some merit in trying to successfully replicate a sound or style without necessarily doing a cover version. There is no shortage of very original music here.

Don't take me wrong... I agree homage is no bad thing, and this particular homage is fine, but I sometimes worry where that defining line is, and the consequences of getting wrong for the site. Not having a go.....just saying.
