I just outlined the root motion of progression, and am not sure why the bass turned out so loud, because it wasn't that way prior to bouncing and converting.

Thanks. I'm still on the inexperienced side with the recording aspects, and was clipping, so I cut the level to avoid that. On the playback after the bounce, the bass sounded much louder in my cans though. I'm sure I'll get it figured out sooner or later.

Great bass Sith,I agree with you -recording bass is so tricky,trying to get it loud enough without blending into say the bass drum and getting that deadly Boom-trial and error in the end;):)

Thanks Pete. I wouldn't mind mixing so much if I didn't have to do it through these stupid headphones. Hopefully, some inexpensive, but decent monitors are in the near future. That should make life a lot easier.
