Yes, I know. I'm going to get told off. But the lack of overheads on the previous upload was really, really bugging me so I did a new take of this fab tune with functioning overheads! I pretty much played the same thing again but practiced a fair bit more restraint this time round to let the tune get through more - I was kind of blasting all over it. I'll give that a try - I usually leave my overheads out of the reverb to prevent the kick picking it up. I add hi-hats but the gate usually kicks them out! Still much mixing work to learn yet! :)
