I tried my hand at a bit of jazz soloing over this fantastic track. It's my first time, but I think it came out ok, although it's not very inspired!

I look forward to any comments or advice.

Nice playing and lines. If you ask for advice, I'd say you could integrate some more rhythmic ideas. You played the right notes and good lines but mostly in very even rhythm (tatatatatataa). Let yourself be inspired by the drums rhythm and make same lines with something like daah tadamta tadaah,you know what I mean :) just to make it a bit more bossa, or jazzy...

Good job sheaf! Yeah I agree with Lutz, keep practicing and developing your improvisation vocabulary. Listen to the melodies of brazilian standards, you can get good ideas and have your ears familiarized (Jobim for example) +1
