Don't wait up for me
Always attracted by Dan's Music, it speaks to me :)

I was secretly hoping you'd contribute, Chris, because I knew you'd make this sound great - and you do! It is more muscular than I imagined, but I really like the energy it gives it - not just slick funk but some dirty, nasty funk and then some blistering licks. Totally makes this sound amazing <3

Thank you Dan!
I always challenge myself on your tracks :)
After many listening , I think it deserves a better mix/balance/sound though. +1

Dan's comment and appreciation says it all. Always playing in good taste and making the music better.

That’s maybe why I feel freezzy or unproductive now. I have to be attracted by the feeling of contributing and “making music from others better”.
It’s a pressure
I figure it out in reading your last comments.

Very good add for this track !
All that's missing is a sax and it'll be good for the radio! ^^
What is the difference of meaning between "Don't wait up for me ?" and "Don't wait for me ?" :| +1

What a piece of teamwork with Dan's so good template. Wonderful presence, Brother!
I picture you strumming those licks, and lo, it’s a GOOD image! Your energy is young, fresh, and delicious.
1:58 - bring it, Bub!!
Loved 3:10’s squeal - the entire last section was furiously fantastic.
I love your style, Chris. <3 +1

Merci Sis <3
Your review is always precious cause you receive the vibes in a true way.
I’ve played with plante of tracks from Dan.
Maybe the way to jump in another kind of stuff (jazzfunksmoothie is probably my comfort zone).
Try to click on « alternative collabs » then « same musicians » and hop hop hop the whole duet collection :)

I supported Wikiloops not for their name, I support it because it was a great idea & is a great way for musicians to jam outside their circles.
