Rootshell and Ernie caught that spark of Simple Minds, late 70's Glasgow, not famous yet, but very buzzy https://youtu.be/pJDx-1L3V9U?si=aciA4tbU2fdAGmoJ. I was trying to do a singing part, really but had fun looking for melodies. I got lost in the groove and when the change came at 2.14 I was not ready for it. Look, I'm a cook. These things happen. Just put it in the curry.

awesome add here WanHu :W:W I remember first hearing Simple Minds via the Breakfast Club movie <3 again, sounds awesome WanHu, thanks for joining in :W:W any good curry recipes? i've been on a ramen kick lately, trying out different ways of doing the broth with thai red curry and fish sauce. +1

WanHu Thanks very much and sorry for the late reply. Best curry I made recently was a veggie dish, Malai Kofta: potato/maize flour balls stuffed with sticky dried fruit, nuts and spices in a creamy sauce made from ground cashews. I've had it in restaurants as a bland, mild dish but with freshly roasted and ground nuts and spices, it's a different animal altogether. +1
