I put my lyrics (on the WL lyrics page 12) into Suno.com told it to create a soul version of my song - fiddled about with it and this is what came out!! My original (unidentifiable genre not well recorded) version made over 20 years ago on a 4 track tape machine sounded quite different. Sorry to say I'm NOT excited about AI as it's not what this place is about (in my opinion). Anyone remember the taggers we had some time ago? Yes, they are out there and happy to give minimal instructions to AI and flood us with uncreative garbage so that they can put their name to it.
This site is about real musicians making real music. There are lots of other sites that don't care if you made the music yourself or not (Soundcloud, Bandcamp, etc.). Post your AI tracks there. Richard is likely address this at some point (hopefully soon).
Please give this some thought. Should we be complimenting an algorithm? If you take out our human creativity what's left?
OK, I know the excuses: I can't sing or play other instruments, etc. Well there are others here who can! Ask them to help sing, play or whatever. That's what this place is about!!!! +1
