Joes Rhodes sounds great and his playing is real cool! Thanks also to Rolfs superb drumming, I enjoyed the jam very much! Added some guitar, mainly single notes not to fill up this airy sound. Hope you´ll like it!

Im seriously digging that funk guitar! I kinda had a guitar part in my head thinking along this approach.Just didnt try yet. I get a very slight Alan Parsons feel from it. Thanks man it definitley inspires and makes me want to hear the track devlope more in this direction.
Definitly a thumbs up!

LittleWing When I start with piano and drums , the next thought is how a guitar fits in. Im a rhythm guitarist who can play lead but lead I always look at as the very end of the track.Your guitar here is perfect to me as its funky, it adds movement to the track in time with the kick just like the guitar in Steve Wonders Superstition. Its almost percussive. Thanks again. +1

Ongingo A percussive sound was my goal in addition to the warm rhodes sound. Therefore I raised the high frequencies quite a lot after recording. wink
Unfortunately I´m still not very experienced in mixing. After recording I listen with two different headphones and also with speakers. I´m always in trouble selecting the volume. After uploading I often think I´m too loud...

LittleWing Two pro tricks:
1.Mix in mono. Most daws you just click a button. Mono is valueable for mixing. If you sound balanced in mono you are where you should be .Mono is your friend. Mono shows you the volume difference on most all equipment.

2. You need to trust your equipment. If the headphones arent flat frequency studio phones, youll be all over the place as most consumer headphones boost or subtract frequencies to "sweeten" the sound so the average person thinks all music sounds awesome.
You dont need to spend alot. A $50 pair of AKG 240, have been great investments for many home studio musicians for over 30 years. Simply Google best home studio headphones and see whats out there. You can buy used and replace the earpads and cables on a decent set and make them new again.Mine are about 15 years old. I can buy new cords and ear pads when they wear out.

3. Mix at low volume. Dont mix with the overall volume loud. Mixing at very comfortable volume with the volume knob turned low fatigues the ear less. Happy jamming!
