Often my dear brother Ernie and I play very similar bass parts, usually when we don't hear one another's tracks before we record. Well, I listened to Ernie's track and it was PERFECT!!! (as usual) - So I had to come up with something different. It's a flippin' mess, but it sure was fun just wailing out! Thanks Daryl for a great ride! If you want a radio single, Ernie's is the one, but if you want spaghetti - here ...

I dig both yours and Ernie's interpretation. Some of my issue im coming to terms with on some of my heavier stuff is i do not leave a ton of space to explore. Im working on that. +1

JoeOnBass I didn't feel that way at all, there was a ton of room to just walk around with the bass, I think your tracks are perfect! +1

Very powerful and also adds (surprisingly!) a lot of melodic interest and hooks to this wall of sound! +1

JoeOnBass That part was easy to concieve but a real bitch to play on the first fret. I had to really hammer it down, after a minute of it my hand started clenching up, lol. +1
