What an awesome song to work on. I added a bass line to this. The first part, probably considered the Verse section is pretty simple as I'm trying to stay out of the way of the horns. The second part, probably considered the Chorus, is a double tracked recording which sounds pretty cool and has a nice stereo effect.

Thanks for saying that. I'm always glad when the original composer gets a chance to listen. Funny that you say "precision" tone. It's actually a Rickenbacker I used on this one (that is if you're referring to "precision" as in a Fender Precision bass).
