This is so relaxing! Are you using specific frequencies in this? What I mean is there are very many relaxing pieces like this on youtube and they call them "binaural relaxation music" or "isochronic relaxation music"or "Solfeggio relaxation" that utilize a specific frequency such as 528 hertz which the body after listening to it for more then 20 minutes, causes your body rhythm to fall in sync with the frequency causing a euphoria, or alertness, or extreme relaxation.
I listen to exactly this type of music when I sleep every night and its specifically meant to put my brain in a "delta" vibrational frequency which is a deep trance / deep sleep state.
I enjoyed it!
This is an example of frequency enhanced meditative music. The magic happens when you relax and let your body and heart fall in sync , so laying in bed with this playing , by morning you are so feel at peace and refreshed as your heart changed its rhythm to match this...
