I think both, it depends on the day. Sometimes I look for ways by trying things out and at other times things always find me driving. Thank you, yes, I consider myself a seeker within creativity. ;)

Cool. For me it's an escape of sorts that I feel compelled to do periodically. A bit of a depression killer. I also get tired of using words to express what seems to need to be expressed. A need to harmonize with vibrations, to emit and emote. I make noise therefore I am. Hahahahaha

I agree with you, it's a way to get out of the sometimes sad reality and especially when I do sport, I try to do it every day, that's when I get the best ideas. B)
