Yes, i love P Basses, mostly played with flatwounds. Goes well with many styles. The one on the photo is a Gerold #4, not a Fender. Not much difference to a good Fender ;)

Ray Gerold is a small german manufacturer of hand-wired pickups that doesn't even have a website and is unknown to most players here as well. But there are some german online shops that sell his instruments ;)
