Thank you Ron. A nice departure from all the metal stuff I've been doing lately, I always appreciate Rob and Frankie for their well constructed pieces.

Thank you Mr. Joly. I went with the simpler supporting bass on it, those guitars just speak beautifully, I appreciate the great track to play to.

Thanks Nick. I have been doing a lot of metal lately, but I also play jazz, latin, pop and country. I started with classical when I was young. I just love all kinds of music.

You're welcome, happy Monday. I just saw your reply. I really enjoyed this track, it was perfect for the grey sky we had when I recorded it. Those strings are haunting, just a splendid works. <3

I appreciate the kind comment Frankie. I had many influences in the house growing up, I feel that played a large role in performing on the bass throughout any styles of music. I don't always get it right, but I have a great time trying. :-)

I grew up in a family of musicians too Joe. Primarily country, bluegrass and jazz influences. Then I discovered the Beatles and Hendrix soon thereafter. So began my life of music.

Similar here. My mother came from a counterculture background but added a lot of schooled classical music, my Dad was an occasional jazz drummer in NYC and played me a lot of traditional jazz and r&b and I loved hair metal and prog rock. That's a great stew when you put it together. My sisters had a lot of Beatles 8-tracks too.

My dad was a country/rockabilly style guitarist. Taught me a lot.
In 1964 he took me and my older cousin to see the Beatles perform. I sat on his shoulders thru the concert. I remember we could not hear them playing over all of the girls screaming. Crazy stuff :D +1

I've only been fortunate enough to have seen Paul and Ringo, separately, but what a dream - to have witnessed that magic, even as a child. That's an amazing gift.
