I generally prefer free tempos as long as it still allows for others to get into it. You don't seem to be having any problems with this. Sounds great. +1

Very good job on the bongo to keep the beat at that roll speed ... great percussion!. My jam was made without a metronome, forgive me, but I almost spontaneously recorded the guitar chords live !! 🙏 +0
