Keeper Thanks. It's comming around but Laura (the vocalist) says her lead vocal sounds like it's in another room. I was talking to Anne Cozean about this and she said the vocals in an earlier mix sounded a little thin, so this was an attempt to fatten them up. They are fatter but indeed sound like she's in another room, so I have to find a happy medium. Thanks for listening and commenting. Getting there. +1

Cool one Keeper, and also Laura and Ernie :) And yes, I'd have mixed the vocals differently, but that's a matter of personal choice and taste of course :) Cool work from you all :)

Keeper Well I agree with everything that has been said. It's hard not to agree with what makes sense. I'm working on it. Appreciate the commenting. See how I do in the next mix. +1

I am thinking the first thing I will do is pan so the two parts of the vocals are not hard panned. Then I will try to match the global verb. I think that will help. We'll see. Because I could not argue with any comment made. Thanks! +1

the different tracks work nice on their own ... the timbral balance seems a lil bit off to my ears : high mids a touch weak maybe ? overall i'd say the mix lacks unity ... the kind that makes a band sound like a tight pack ? +0

OliVBee definitely yes ... the specific rev applied to vocals creates that particular space where only the vocals exist in the realm of your mix ... it sort of pushes them apart from the rest of the band +0
