sami Those apple folks know what they are doing. To get a similar great sound on a pedal try the Dispatch Master from Earthquaker. Around $100 I think and no laptop needed. Ambient land forever! ;) +1

davidaustin I uploaded the new OS Catalina to the mac...
bad move, could not load mp3's and play along.
they have messed it up for many people.
It won't recognise my Line 6 pod.
Garageband still works but i have to use a scarlet 2i2 to play the pod and record.:o +0

You can convert any MP3 to wave here. https://online-audio-converter.com/ If you want to try out Logic I can add you to my family sharing and see if your computer can handle and if you like using Logic better. Much more options which is both good and bad. +0

davidaustin I am probably going to get the latest version of Logic, the OS Mojave before used 32 bit and the new Catalina is 64 bit, it has taken along time to learn Logic, but as you said the pedal board is probably best through the scarllet.
I get around it by saving to Garageband and then saving to logic folder then upload, it is a pain, the complaints on the apple forum shows what mayhem they caused. thanks for your offer. +1
