Il y a ici de beaux accords qui sonnent superbement à bien mes oreilles alors que d’autres gagneraient possiblement avec des extensions ... (par exemple à la 18ième sec.) En tk, c’est une belle surprise de t’entendre au clavier, quoique j’aurais bien aimé d’entendre une collab avec ton Violoncelle B)

Hey guys...a little bit of levity? To quote YuuLi: "I registered it with a metronome, and a piano note in the back (G) — still not perfectly in tune." I don't think she was aiming for microtones (according to her).
I teach Ethnic music courses. My special areas of interest are Turkish, Indian, Gamelan, and some African.
As the videos clearly demonstrate there is nothing accidental about the pitches in those other tunings, they are precise. We are not doing a good job of promoting those other types of music if rationalizing out of tune equal temperament music that's off pitch as intentionally belonging to another type of tuning. Lets go with LuuLi's honesty instead.
