OliVBee i tuned the guitar a tad higher to match the bass intonation so that's pretty much everywhere on this tune :) +0

Wade OK I get you now. I did notice that the Bass was slightly higher than the guitar and pitched between the two of you. Hopefully sounds in tune, but it was a compromise. +1

Wade Different interpretation of the term intonation. To me that's being in tune through the range of the instrument. Tuning is being in tune with concert pitch or something else. +1

OliVBee yea ! but Dick's upright might have been in tune when recorded and the intonation played a tad higher than the correct pitch due to fretless instrument ? the fact that there was absolutely no ref to a pitch in any other track makes it very interesting dontcha think ? +0

Wade OK got you again. Initially Dick's intonation. Thought you meant my intonation. The limits of typed conversations! Just ran between the tracks hoping not to trip on anything odd that stuck up. +1
