Thank You so much Stef!!!! Just to be in the same sentence with the Great Ernie Watts is so humbling. In the 1970's at the NYC Jazz Festival I saw John Mayall play with Earl Hines..a total mismatch of styles. I was so close I heard them preparing Earl Hines and Earl throwing up his hands saying "what is he playing" John was on harp.
