A classic retro house track from R1772, brilliant stuff from this master of dance tunes! For this one, I added some extra beats to thicken it up and add some punch, a tambourine with various patterns and feels, and some effects.

Hi Paul, you did again a wonderful drum add!I always wonder how good your drums fit! Tell me please how you record: Using a live drum set or playing drum pads with an elecronic drum set. Anyways: I just love what you do:). +1

pconey Hi Rainer, it was once again a pleasure to play on your track. The short answer is that I use all methods combined to create one drum track. I dont think anyone else on here uses my methods, but check out Johnny Rabb (especially Meinl 2005 drum festival) to get an idea of Live drums used in electronic settings. I also have a drumbal and Generation X cymbals, which are made to sound like electronic drums etc etc +0
