Don_T Gemmy, the backup part is easy to learn. Make a D chord shape just before the 4 chord. In this case the song is in A, so make a D chord on 9th fret, the four chord (D) you make the F chord shape, and same for the 5th (E). I do a quick slide from the 12th to 11th fret and back to the 12th when playing the 5th chord. It's not exactly like the steel but a good way to fake it :) +1
