In Germany, the polluter must repair the damage.

Today in the US Monsato lost a case with groundskeepers that contracted Cancer from using their product Round-up---when the case goes to the Supreme Court--almost every president has installed EX Monsanto Lawyers in the 12 justices--Clarence Thomas, Sotomayer, Kagan and I think one more----Monsanto will end up winning cause they bought the justices.
