Cody and jamlady created a wonderful free flowing theme with a breezy like smooth Jazz edge. Then there is Francisco's magnificent improv lines that take it to straight ahead Jazz with inspiring 16th note passages that drives the melodic intensity. My add 0:44-1:26 attempts to play in a call/response mode to the Cody's interlude.

Thanks Jim, I appreciate your careful listening and kind words!. I was torn as far as what to play. Francisco's solo was so elegant straight ahead jazz like Wes Montgomery and I did not like when I tried that, and also the interlude I played on was a different progression so I searched for something different (in my head anyway)!

Thanks so much, Pewi! Francisco's solo is a perfect straight ahead jazz statement in the style of Wes Montgomery and I did not like how it sounded when I tried that way. The free flowing drums and the different progression I played on with Cody's airy soundscape made me search for a contrast to lead back into Francisco's great solo continuation.
