so... i took marc's original... removed part 1 and layered it over part 2 and 3 twice. then i had to use "flex time" to stretch it to fit as the timings on part one actually run at around 108 Bpm and the other two parts run at bang on 110 Bpm so now the parts all line up nicely and part one makes a nice kinda baseline over the others. next i added some drums and percussion (some samples, ...

That sounds real cool Kimbo! You used some kind of tool to get it synced? You said there was a time difference 108 and 110... strange thing because i played it with a metronome on 110. Anyhow...it sounds great and you are right that it is much more add-friendly this way for non drummers! Thanks for your musical ride! :)

The hard work was all yours.
In logic Pro you can manually quantise. So you let it put beat markers on the track,then you can manually sync the markers with the bar markers of Mother track.....takes a long time but very useful +0
